The University of Phoenix is providing fifty full four year scholarships to former foster youth through an arrangement with the National Foster Parent Association.
Any youth/young adult who was in foster care or was adopted from foster care is eligible for these scholarships.
There is also no age limit on who can apply. The person may take classes at a University of Phoenix campus or utilize the University’s web-based courses.
