Carolyn Walker is the Editor of F.O.C.U.S., a professionally produced periodical chocked full of vital information for individuals interested in the foster care system of Texas.
All TFFA membership should be receiving the publication 1 time a year through the mail; all other issues are NOW published on-line only.
