Invisible Scars: The Lasting Effects of Domestic Violence on Children
When: 10/7/2025
Where: Virtual Meeting - Join Meeting
Domestic violence doesn't just affect the adults involved -- it deeply impacts children too. Even when they are not the direct targets, children who witness violence in the home may struggle with fear, anxiety, and confusion that can shape their emotional and social development for years to come.
This webinar will shine a light on what children experience when home is not a safe place, how it can affect their well-being, and what signs to look for. Together, we'll also talk about ways parents, caregivers, educators, and community members can provide support, help children feel safe, and encourage healing.
Attendance Policy: This webinar is intended for informational purposes only. While we hope you find the session valuable, no certificates of attendance or continuing education units (CEUs) will be provided. We encourage participation for the sake of learning, awareness, and community engagement.
