As a program specialist at Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC)-Family Support Services, Dallin brings 10 years of experience in fatherhood programming to the State of Texas through Fatherhood EFFECT. Beginning after receiving a master's degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development from Brigham Young University, Dallin spent 3 years as a Fatherhood educator and program coordinator in Utah before moving to Texas in 2018 where he continued his fatherhood education work at the SAFE Alliance from 2019 to 2023. Beginning in 2023, he moved into State service where he currently utilizes his years of experience to provide leadership and oversight to 8 providers of grant-funded fatherhood programs to 20 Texas counties. He has also clocked hundreds of hours presenting on fatherhood to increase awareness on the vital role fathers play for their children. He currently resides in Austin, TX with his wife of 15 years and daughter of 11.
